Yeah I don't want to ruin the one-shot, and I like the way it ends, but now I have a freakin plot bunny saying "WRITE ME!!!".
I was going to have two chapters at least, one from Dean's perspective and one from Sam's, and basically Sam does end up in Hell, it's Heaven for him because he sees Dean again, but it's truly Hell for Dean because of what happens to Sam in Hell.
What do you think? If I do write it, should I post it as a separate story instead of just some more chapters?
